Ochre Club Data Subject Rights Request Form

How to Submit This Form

Copy the sections below into an email, fill them in, and send it to our Grievance Officer at Dan@ochrespirits.com with the subject line “Privacy Rights Request: [Your Full Name]”.

Section 1: Your Details

Please give your details exactly as they appear on your Ochre Club account or order.

  • Full name
  • Email address used with Ochre Club
  • Phone number used with Ochre Club
  • Order number, if known

Section 2: Type of Request

Tell us which of these you are requesting. You can choose more than one.

  • Access: a summary of the personal data we hold about you, how we use it and who we have shared it with
  • Correction: update or correct inaccurate or incomplete data. Please give details in Section 3
  • Erasure: delete your personal data and close your Ochre Club account. Data we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons will be kept for the period the law requires
  • Withdraw marketing consent: stop marketing emails, SMS, WhatsApp or other promotional messages
  • Withdraw cookie consent: stop non essential cookie tracking on ochreclub.com. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off
  • Nomination: nominate a person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity
  • Other: describe your request in Section 3

Section 3: Request Details

Add anything that will help us process your request, such as dates, order numbers or the specific data to be corrected.

Section 4: Identity Verification

To protect your privacy, we need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. In most cases we will do this by sending a one time password (OTP) to the email address or phone number linked to your orders. If we cannot verify you that way, we may ask for a copy of a government issued ID. If you send an Aadhaar card, please send a masked Aadhaar only. We only need your name to match our records, and we delete any ID copy once verification is complete.

Section 5: Declaration

Please include this statement in your email:

  1. The information in this request is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge.
  2. I am the person the data relates to, or I am authorised to act on their behalf.
  3. I understand that giving false or misleading information may be an offence under applicable law.
  4. I understand that some data may be kept despite an erasure request where the law requires it, including for tax and accounting.

What Happens Next

  1. Acknowledgement: we will confirm receipt within forty eight (48) hours.
  2. Verification: we will confirm your identity as described in Section 4.
  3. Response: we will send a final written response within thirty (30) days of receiving your request.
  4. Follow up: if we need more information, we will contact you at the email address you gave in Section 1.
