IMPORTANT: Ochre Club sells only non alcoholic products. No alcohol is sold through this website.

This Privacy Policy explains how Ochre Spirits Private Limited, CIN U10799GA2023PTC015881, registered office 2nd Floor, No. 17, 7th Main Road, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560038, which operates the Ochre Club brand (“Ochre Club”, “we”, “our” or “us”), collects, uses, shares and protects personal data through the website https://ochreclub.com and orders placed on it (the “Platform”).

This Policy is published in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian laws. By using the Platform or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

2. Age Restriction

Our products are sold to adults who can enter into a binding contract under Indian law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a person under 18, we will delete it.

Account data: for as long as your account is active and for three (3) years after, or longer if the law requires
Order and transaction data: at least eight (8) years, to meet tax and accounting requirements
Marketing data: until you withdraw consent or opt out
Security and fraud prevention logs: up to two (2) years

After these periods we delete or anonymise your data.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

Ask us to correct or complete inaccurate data
Ask us to delete your data, subject to what we must keep by law

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
